Our care model is thoughtfully designed to support adolescents as they transition from pediatric to adult primary care. Adolescent Primary Care is available for patients 16 years and older following an initial provider consultation.

We see both adolescents and adults, and same or next-day scheduling is often available. Download your intake forms ahead of time to save a few minutes at check-in.
We are accepting new primary care and concierge hybrid patients and accept referrals for hormonal and menopausal care, weight management, lymphedema and lipedema evaluation, care, and coordination. We also offer school and sports physicals. Same or next-day scheduling is often available.
