For on-site tests, Christa orders what's needed during your visit and reviews the results with you before you leave. For send-out labs, we submit the order electronically to our partner lab — you can typically have blood drawn during the same visit or at a nearby partner location — and Christa follows up once results are in to walk through what they mean and any next steps.
